You didn't count vegan algae omega 3 capsules. Algae is where the fish takes the DHA and EPA from. So most farmed salmon doens´t have high levels of omega3 as they´re not fed with algae.

Flaxseed oil that is produced by cooking and high heat will oxidize omega-3 and omega-6. Remember that both are extremely easy to oxidize, and any source of this oils that contain low water content and require heat for extraction are a big no-no. Also, omega-3 supplementation is irrelevant if you have a diet high in omega-6 and you don't reduce your omega-6 at the same time, which renders any study that doesn't control for this variable, useless.

Pure/clean carnivore diet = no cancer. Starves the cancer, especially neural/glial tumors that have such a high glucose metabolism.

Hi Doc, this was a fantastic report. Thank you for sharing. Along the same lines I wanted to share my wife's 10 year battle breast cancer and what our own research uncovered. My wife has/had stage 4 HER2+ met breast cancer (breast/lungs/bones/lymph/liver/brain). While various chemo's did hold the line for a while they did not stop the advance. Her oncologist put her on an immune checkpoint inhibitor which attempts to stimulate the immune system to attack cancer - which if it works it is usually very effective and long lasting. However this ICI (and most ICI's) only shows a full resolution rate in the low single digits when given standalone. Per our research (PubMed/NIH) over months we uncovered various adjuncts that act synergistically with ICI's that can greatly increase the odds of immune involvement with the cancer. In my wifes case, after combining a fast mimicking diet (Dr Longo), a plant based diet, attention to gut health/bacteria (fermented foods) and very high dose melatonin (much science around all these adjuncts and their synergy) with the immune checkpoint inhibitor she has had a full regression of the cancer for the first time in 10 years per CT/PET and now two negative Signatera genetic tests which has a high level of sensitivity to any remaining cancer activity/circulating cells. Her oncologist is floored by the results as are we. We have come to believe it is only the immune system that has the sophistication to fully reverse advanced cancer and much evidence (as your report demonstrates) points to this way of thinking. We have also come to believe that a much more core issue related to cancer is not the cancer cell itself but the failure of the immune system/gut bacteria which are THE systems that normally keep errant cancer cells in check in a "healthy" person. It is when the immune system/gut bacteria become dysregulated that cancer can progress and eventually get the upper hand. Having cancer is not much different than having AIDS which is a failure of the immune system and not surprisingly most who die as a consequence of AIDS die of cancer. It may be that the focus of science over the last 60+ years on cancer cells and toxic agents to kill them may have been the wrong focus. Worse still, most of these conventional drugs further impair the immune system/gut bacteria and pull the patient further from a full recovery long term. Regards, Mike
